M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, roof padding & finished the surface even & fair with using extra cement including mixing approved water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (NOTE:- liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly)

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming to IS-3384 and laying APP polymer modified membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement of 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with plain polythene finish and sealing all the over laps of 75mm in length side and 100mm on the width side of membrane by torching the same all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. Including following (i) Removing existing unserviceable water proofing treatment and washing down with water to remove all dirt etc. (ii) Preparing the surface of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removing of loose/ dirt material etc and sweeping with brooms or gunny bags or mechnical devices (iii) Applying neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per sqm & mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on surface of roof slab (iv) Priming the suraface of concrete/plaster with bituminous primer 0.4 liter per Sqm (NOTE:- liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly)
