Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS struts or "V" shaped / "L" shaped brackets in security walls fixed with PCC bed blocks including drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 Sq.cm and not exceeding 250 Sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and fixed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete as in foundation for RCC posts and walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in precast cover slab for drains or precast coping to compound wall etc including necessary forms and moulds etc and set cement mortar 1:6 and including demolition of old slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars of any dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking for ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement for RCC posts and for precast RCC slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for fixing of angle iron in compound walls and coping for walls, drains etc including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces built in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in compound walls and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) jallies 25mm thick fixed in repairs set in CM (1:4) of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @75mm spacings and staining and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples etc fixed in repairs or for new RCC posts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC Chequered tiles, 25mm thick set, jointed, pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment laid over 20mm thick screed in CM (1:6) over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed pre cast concrete inter locking paver blocks (M-40 grade) any size and shape using grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006 complete over 40mm sand cushioning over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain of any size or shape by removing sludge / silt / earth (liquid, semisolid and solid) completely and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.
