Supply and delivery of the following pumping machinery with electrical accessories at site-

Open well Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with suitable size water proof motor suitable for installation at CWR having power supply at A.C 400 V ± 10%, 50 Hz ±6 % with Capacity- 6.8 LPS, Head -46 mtr. Shaft- Stainless Steel Impeller- Cast Iron Starting – Star delta RPM – 3000 (Sync) (Test certificate and guarantee card should be submitted at the time of Delivery)

Supply and delivery at site 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosed IP 54 cubical type wall mounted 415V Normal Star Delta Panel with comprising of the following feeders a)100A 25KA incomer TPN MCCB with adjustable O/L ,S/C protection with digital ammeter, voltmeter, CT 100/5A 15VA Cl-1 tape wound b)Out Going- I)10 hp Star delta starter -2 nos II)16A 10KA MCB chlorine feeder-1 no III)32A 10KA MCB lighting feeder-1 no IV)16A 10KA MCB Indoor lighting – 1no Component details, instrumentation, indicating lamps, P.F improvement device as per specification. Drawing of the panel with component details should be approved before supply of the same. (Test certificate and guarantee card should be submitted at the time of Delivery)

63 Amp re wireable type TPN Main switch

1.1KV grade XLPE/PVC insulated copper 6 mm2 3 core flat submersible cable for the above pumping machinery ,

1.1KV grade XLPE/PVC insulated copper 25 mm2 3.5 core Al Ar cable for power line

Outdoor type Kiosk box with required sized with 6 nos Insulated Studs with Nut & bolts. The Materials must be specified under I.E rules and electricity Act. It Includes all charges of Civil works and other necessary complete as per direction.

80mm dia CIDF Non Rising spindle Sluice Valve with PN 1.0 pressure rating as per I.S specification and other required materials for completing the construction of delivery water supply line and wash out line

80mm dia. CIDF single door swing NRV with PN 1.0 pressure rating

100mm dia CIDF Non Raising Spindle Sluice Valve with PN 1.0 Rating as per specification and other required materials for the completing the construction of delivery and wash out line

Making New foundation for the 2 nos new clear water pump motor set inside CWR including supply of all required materials to complete the work.

Laying of Al Ar .cable 4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting as per direction.

Laying of one No. cable 25 sqmm 4 core in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed as per direction of EIC.

Laying of one No cable 6 sqmm 3 core on wall/ surface through existibng GI Pipes incl S&F MS saddles with earthing attachment, making holes etc as necy mending good damages and painting as per direction.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 25mm GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection for 6 sqmm 3 core sub cable with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required.

Installation of all items as mentioned in sr no 1(A-M) including supply of all erection Materials, pipe Supports, Valve supports , etc as required for installation of Pumping Machinery etc including laying and termination with supply of Brass compensation glands and other accessories of LT, Cables as IE Rules , the entire hire charges of generator welding sets fuels , lubricants etc for completion of work as per direction and entire satisfaction of the EIC .

Making Brick pillar support for supporting the pump delivery water supply pipe line bY 1st class brick with 4:1 plaster and net cement punning complete including earth cutting and ramming as per direction of EIC.

Double earthing with 50mm dia TATA – Medium G.I pipe 3.64mm thick × 3.04 Mtr long and 2×4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mtr long) 13 mm dia ×80 mm long GI bolts , double nuts , double washers including supply & fitting 15 mm dia G.I pipe protection (1 Mtrs Long ) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level drive n to an overage depth of 3.65 Mtrs below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed.

Fabrication appx 1000 mm2 split type MS CWR pit cover 3mm thick with 80mm Ø recesses for the column pipe and 32 mm Ø recesses for cable with proper gland and locking arrangement

Painting the whole installation existing & new by anti corrosive paint(two coats ) after applying suitable primer and necessary surface preparation

Commissioning of the entire installation i.e as per direction and up to the satisfaction of EIC.
