Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No-01 above but exceeding 1.5 m or part thereof in depth upto 3.0m

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete PCC bed for sewage pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixe DWCPE (SN08) pipes snapefit coupler and rubber rings including testing and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on plain bed complete all as specified and directed:-

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipes, making good to (150 mm bore) pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

M&L for brick work in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius and using old size burnt clay bricks ,complete all as specified and directed.including demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar.

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching rounded or chamfered on edges complete complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in trenches spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed out of defence land all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm ) in landing, cover slabs (for manholes/ open drain etc) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to any shape/ size required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed

S&F SFRC manhole covers and frame medium duty of overal size 900mmX450mmX80mm thick, factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS: 1726-1991 (Make-Polycrete) all as specified

Dismantling Old existing framed works such as grills, grating, manhole covers ,etc

S&F MS framed work such as grills . Gratings, manholes covers etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 410-0 or 310-0 providing one coat of red oxide

Demolition of cement concrete (unrienforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in surface channels and drains incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for using mechinical means or manual method to clean the existing drain of any size or depth to clean such that free from any soil, dirt or building material including demolition of any existing foreign material , complete all as directed

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F SFRC Manhole covers and frame medium duty of overall size 600X600X80 mm thick factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10) , strength as per IS : 1726-1991 all as specified

Supply only 40mm thick Sand filling under floors or in Foundation including watering & consolidation etc complete all as spd

M&L PU Coated ROCKARD/MATTONS/OXFORD machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks of 60 mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 ,M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over complete all as specified and directed

M&L 25 mm thick Endura tac tiles , dense durable and abrasion resistant Tac liner metro yellow/Tac liner yellow or tack button terracota/Tac button yellow colour as approved by GE , (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.08 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded aggregate avg 75 mm thick as in sub floor, Sub base, floor complete all as specified & directed.
