M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400Sqm and depth exc 100mm by using mechanical scarifier including racking over and grading the broken-up surfaces to the proper camber or removing to a distance not exc 50M from the starting point and stacking complete all as directed.

M&L for WBM 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two equal layers of 75mm thick each with coarse aggregates (granite/ basalt/ trap) of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm size) or grading-3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two equal layers of 75mm thick each with coarse aggregates (granite/ basalt/ trap) of grading-2 (63mm to 40mm size) or grading-3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne tandem vibratory roller but except materials (aggregates) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old coarse aggregates as obtained from "scarifying or picking gravelled from macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces" here-in-before shall be used after mixing in required grading and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of these provisions also.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 10 Kg/ 10Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on prepared surface complete all as specified.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on black top surface of road complete all as specified.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking having minimum 2.5mm average thickness with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Make of Road Marker Paint/ Compound:- Asian or Thermoline as approved by GE. Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by GE. (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and fix solar flasher/ delineators pole mounting with protective cover & pole, fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeding the delineators on the ground with & including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum PCC block size 200mmx 200mmx 200mm for proper grouting) complete all as specified and directed. Make of Delineators:- GPF-800 P of Road Star or equivalent Model of make- Green Lite or Dark Eye or Sun Lite as approved by GE.

Supply and fix CAT'S EYE/ RAISED PAVEMENT MARKER/ ROAD STUDS designed to provide enhanced, dependable road guidance to motorists in bad weather conditions, made out of strong ABS moulded body with polycarbonate/ PMMA (Acrylic) micro prismatic reflectors ultrasonically welded on the moulded ABS body for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with Epoxy- Resin based adhesive or Special Hot Melt Bitumen adhesive avoiding nails etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M 290 Series of Road Star or equivalent Model of make- Dark Eye or Green Lite or Sun Lite as approved by GE.

Supply and fix solar cat eye/ studs of size 125mmx 125mmx 25mm (shank 60mm) with aluminium alloy shell, high efficiency Mono-Crystalline Solar Panel 2.40V/ 0.30Watt having one Ni-Mh or NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA), Six Super Bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela) having flash rate 2 Hz and bearable weight 10 tons approx with view distance upto 1000 meters of any colour i.e yellow, red, blue, green or white as required at site, working temp 10o-75o C, working time 3 to 4 days after fully charged battery, charging time 5 to 6 hours from direct sun light, maintenance free, un-breakable poly carbonate clear facing, automatically turns on at night and turns off at dawn including all fixing arrangment as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: DA 110 (DHRUV) of DARK EYE or equivalent Model of make- Road Star or Green Lite or Sun Lite as approved by GE.

M&L for 100mm thick moorum/ red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all specified and directed. Note:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by vibromax roller only.

Demolition of cement concrete including stones and terrazo of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15Cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debrise to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hard core of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving, foundation of poles etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&Lfor PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/ benching or mud stops etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast concrete solid blocks of size and shape as per site requirement in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (with plain or interlocking joints as approved by GE), chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 80mm thick rubber mould reflective factory made coloured pre cast PCC interlocking paver blocks/ tiles confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 designation of section as approved by GE in hard standing, laid dry over & including 50mm thick sand cushion and filling the voids of paver blocks/tiles with dry sand complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Mehtab Tiles, Indore (MP) or Nitco, Mumbai or Mayur Tiles & Interlocking pavers, Lucknow or Star Tiles & Industries, Ramadevi, Kanpur as approved by GE.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs.1,000.00 to be deducted during AOC
