Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets, complete all as specified and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Veneered decorative plywood 9 mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR, resin) with decorative face on only one side fixed with nails to timber frame work as in Ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Including dismantling and refixing of same electic wiring and points)

M&L Veneered decorative plywood 9 mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR, resin) with decorative face on only one side fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Including dismantling and refixing of same electic wiring and points)

Dismantling timber framed in fillets,rails, posts rafters,purlines, etc under 40 sq cm in section, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L second class Hardwood plain filllets, rectangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails exc 13 and n.exc 25, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Galvanised MS sheeting of 0.63 mm thick corrugated ISI Marked and made of shakti with two cougation side laps and fixed with J hookes two framed work with PVC and steel washers as in roof & wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of 0.63 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item but old steel surfaces.

M&L for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store andd rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain Cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregate), 25 mm thick as in sub-base of floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

-Ditto- but on verticle surfaces with over and incl 10mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhat or door frames including shutters exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats of second class hard wood and frames, wrough, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chemfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutter (one panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauzed etc(without sash bars) edges of framming plain , chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR PART I Section 8 clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkhat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type both sides, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 25mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters,1st class softwood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. but divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces, two coats of synthatic enamel paints, over a coat of pink primer, surfaces of any discription, not otherwise discribed, over 10 cm width or girth for doors,ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including hacking out old glass panes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 100 mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled MS and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F butt hinges 75 mm, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp and stapple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts,100mm, of extruded section and fixed , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 125mm Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type. Anodised, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 26705.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
