Queen size Bed with Bed Side Table (without Storage) with includes side Panel, leg board and head board height(of size 1000 mm) center support ( one vertical & Three horizontal support made out of hard / Soft wood ) made out of 25mm BWP solid Plywood (Water and Termite proof) with 1mm approved shade Laminate and The mattress rest will be 12mm thick ply. The said Bed Side Table made out of 16mm calibrated BWP plywood with approve shade of 1mm laminate . It should have two side panels & a bottom Panel & a Top. It should be provided with a back panel made out of 6mm thickness. .It should be provided with two drawer for storage. All pressing Laminate on to the ply has be executed mechanically Hot press with polymersied D3 adhesive (Kleiberit/ Jowat / Henkel). The non exposed area will be cover up by 0.8mm balancer laminates. All exposed edges should be mechanically edge banded with PVC tape ( Rehau/Dolkan) & hot melt glue ( Jowat/ Henkel & kleiberit) . All hardware fittings will be of Hettich/ Ebco make.It should have a knockdown arrangement of fitting. Fabric: Comfortable fabric to regulate moisture and temperature, plush Quilt with double foam layer, with COMFORT LAYER Body Support foam for optimum alignment and pressure release on a box top separation layer. SUPPORT LAYER Ortho Support foam for that recommended firmness. Warranty: 10 Years minimum. Mattress as per specification in scope of supply

Study Chair Size- 480W X 440D X 750H made out of kiln seasoned solid wood (Ash, Oak & teak) The same furniture will be finished with two coats of sealer followed by one top coat in PU. The PU laquer form Sirca / Teknovance (Italy). The design of the Study Chair as per specification in scope of supply.

Wardrobe- 2700x600x2100mm. made out of 16mm calibrated BWP plywood with approve shade of 1mm laminate with expose side & inside 0.8mm balancer laminate. All laminates has to be hot pressed with D3 glue ( Jowat/ Henkel / Kleiberit Glue).The said storage should have two side panels & a bottom Panel & a Top. It should be provided with a back panel made out of 6mm thickness both side laminated. It should have multiple shutters according to the length. The wardrobe should be provided with shutters mounted on to the cabinets by full overlay auto shut Hinges.It should be provided with bottom side three internal sleves for storage & top side provision hanging cloths. It should be provided with handles with lock. All exposed edges should be mechanically edge banded by PVC tape ( Rehau & Dolkan) and hotmelt glue. it should have knockdown arrangement for fitting. The PU laquer form (Sirca Paint, Teknovace Wood Coating & emporio) . It should have knockdown arrangement of fitting. All hardware should be of Kapasi / Hettich & Hafele make. The design of the sofa as per specification in scope of supply.

Center Table (Round shape, 600mm dia & 450mm Ht.) made out of klin seasoned solid wood ( Ash, Oak & Teak) with four legs size (18mm X 80mm) fixed on it central basis with a top resting on it. The edge of the top has to be inward chamfer to thin look. It should be finish with two coats of sealer and one PU Pigment top coat as per the specification match with RAL shade card.(Sirca Paint, Teknovace Wood Coating) Buffer should be fixed at the bottom of the legs. It should have a knockdown arrangement of fitting. The design of the centre table as per specification in scope of supply.

TV Panel with Ledge made out of 16mm calibrated BWP Plywood with 1mm approved shade Laminate. All pressing Laminate on to the ply has be executed mechanically hot press with polymersied D3 adhesive (Kleiberit/ Jowat / Henkel). The non exposed area will be cover up by 0.8mm balancer laminates. All exposed edges should be mechanically edgebanded with PVC tape ( Rehau/Dolkan) & hot melt glue ( Jowat/ Henkel & kleiberit). It should have necessary provision for cable & date. The design of the TV Panel with Ledge as per specification in scope of supply.

Reception Table with side storage (Vineer with Corian finish) made out of 16mm calibrated BWP plywood with approved shade of Veener or PU for Shutter and Carcass. The top of reception table will be cover with approved shade of Corian & front of the table will be cover with fluted panel & corian. All exposed edges should be mechanicllay edge banded by matching 1mm thick veneer edge banding with hot melt gule (Kleiberit/Jowat / Henkel). All pressing venner on to the ply has be executed mechanically by hot press and polymersied D3 adhesive (Kleiberit/ Jowat / Henkel). The non exposed area will be cover up by 0.8mm balancer laminates. The same furniture will be finished with two coats of sealer followed by one top coat in PU. The PU laquer form Sirca Paint / Teknovace (Italy) It should have knock down arrangement of fitting. All hardware fitting will be Hettich / Hafele-Blum. The design of the Reception table as per specification in scope of supply.

All the section hot pressed with approve shade of veneer. The edge of the top has to be inward chamfer to thin look. Leg shuild be finish with wood. It should be finish with two coats of sealer and one PU Pigment top coat as per the specification match with RAL shade card. (Sirca Paint, Teknovace Wood Coating).
