Providing comprehensive maintenance of Existing NEC Make EPABX System installed at A-block ground floor exchange room,delhi high court including replacement of all defective/worn out spare parts and periodical servicing and preventive maintenance and attending the breakdown complaint within 24 hours after lodging the same and minor repair etc as required,as per terms and condition attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge & as per following inventory etc as required:- a) EPABX system with Junction- 8 Nos of extention-1000 line upto 1500 ports. b) Operator console-2 Nos. c) Digital extention- 8 Nos. d) PRI card- 5 Nos. e) Caller ID speaker telephone-192 Nos. f) 1000 pairs MDF with krone modules g) Amphenol connectors- 22 Nos h) System Rack-2 Nos. i) 6 KVA capacity Online UPS system.

Providing services for routine maintenance and operation of NEC Make IP based EPABX System installed at A-block consisting of PRI line, console phone-2 Nos.,Digital speaker phone -1000 nos. and above, MDF boxes and all other related accessories including minor repair work and telephone line, by deploying two No. EPABX system operator/technician and two no. Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sundays and holidays etc. as required for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system and providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing as and when required. The EPABX system operator /technician & khallasi should be adequately trained and experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per terms and conditions attached and also as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

Extra hours for operation of beyond duty hours. by deploying two No. EPABX system operator/technician and two no. Khallasi as and when required. And as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Networking SIP License and system port license for voice connectivity / integration of NEC SV9100 EPABX system of existing building with remote location CISCO make IPBAX system for smooth intercom connectivity of live time of software license etc. qty :- 400 nos
