M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed sone aggregates) as in roof kerbs rounded or chambered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;roof padding, seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028 in SSR Part-II, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for R.C.C, Nominal mix of 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly one coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand at the rate of 0.05 cubic metre per sqm, and providing and laying 150 micron thick polythene film over a coat of bitumen primer applied at the rate of 0.30 to 0.50 kg per square metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
