M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles 450x300mm, 6/7mm thick, for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charge vitrified tiles of area exceeding 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm thickness 9-10 mm of premium quality in floors etc. set or placed with 3mm thick spacers and grouting by epoxy over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as per specification and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles in light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles.

Dismantling wall, ceiling boards and pre fabrication boards incl frame of any description as in panelling ceiling, partition, cub boards etc incl cover fillets in any surfaces complete

S&F prelaminated PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5 mm thick stuck on inner frame work of 35 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick rigid foam sheet. The strips should have a groove of 6 mm width and 2 mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the all and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 300 mm C/C. The PVC strips to be fixed to the all using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasters incl moulding at columns, windows and doors jambs. Note:- (a) Work for fixing of wall panelling shall be got executed through manufacturers authorised applicators only under the close supervision of their technical staff. (b) The entire qty of wall panelling and their allied ancillaries shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer only.

M&L for providing and fixing False ceiling at any height with semi perforated 12mm thick mircro tegular edge GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.85 (with 50mm thick glass wool) as per IS 8225 :1987, Noncombustile as per BS 476 (part-4) -1970 and light reflectance of 75-85% to be laid in true horizontal level or in slope as per site requirement suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) Comprising of main - T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and secondry intermediate cross T of size 15x32m of length 600mm to from grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000nn length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partion with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wass SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specificatons, drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
