The contractor shall provide, deploy, and operate all machinery and services as part of a comprehensive package, comprising Street to Street (Door-to-Door Collection including monitoring through QR code), Bell to Bell collection,Collection & Transportation (C&T), Processing & Disposal (P&D), and patrolling along with collection of Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVP). The bidder shall quote a single consolidated rate for the complete package. Additionally, the bidder shall quote rates for each sub-category separately in the BOQ. Payment shall be made based on the actual work executed by the contractor, as per the demand and requirements of the department under each respective sub-category. Bid evaluation shall be carried out on the basis of the total quoted amount, and the L1 bidder (lowest bidder) shall be determined accordingly. The quoted rates shall be treated as final and all-inclusive, covering the entire scope of work, including but not limited to ICCC integration, manpower, supervision, infrastructure, machinery, fuel, maintenance, consumables, GPS systems, GPS wearables, and all other incidental and operational expenses required for successful execution of the work. No additional payment shall be admissible beyond the approved contract value. All payments shall be released strictly on the basis of actual performance for actual quatity in each component individually, duly verified through prescribed monitoring mechanisms (such as GPS tracking and GPS wearables) and certification by the concerned authority.Payment will be released component wise only.
