Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for nonaccessibility of eProcurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The authority competent to accept the tenders shall have the right of rejecting all or any of tenders without assigning any reasons.

Security deposit at the rate of 5% of tender cost should be made in favour of Executive Engineer in the form of FDR should be pledged in the name of Executive Engineer at the time of agreement which is issued by Nationalized bank only

If the rate quoted by the contractor is lesser than the amount put to tender, the difference cost should be paid by the contractor, through FDR in the favor of Executive Engineer at the time of agreement which is issued by Nationalized bank only

Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost should be born by the Contractor

Tenderers are requested to read the Bid Documents before submission of their bid

Corrigendum / addendum will be published in the web site e-procurement portal only.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Orders

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender

If any information or document furnished by the bidder are found to be misleading or also at any stage his tender shall be cancelled and steps will be taken to black list the said bidder and legal actions will be taken against the bidder as per KTPP act and IPC Sections

Audited Chartered Accountant Certificate of turnover for the period of last five financial years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 to be furnished( issued by Chartered Accountant) (To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period achieved in at least two financial years of financial turnover of Rs.19.32 Lakhs)

Tenderer should obtain the work done certificate of similar nature of work done which is signed by Executive Engineer or above the EE cadre not below the rank of Executive Engineer and uploaded the same

Unconditional Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% of the amount put to tender (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. in the prescribed format mentioned in the KW document (Unconditional LOC)
