Providing tower earthing, lightning arrestor and Aviation light at different existing GSM sites under Phase-IX.2 for 4G readiness in Sikkim Telecom Circle.

SITC of LED type RED Coloured Aviation light with integral SMPS driver for power supply and in-built day/night Photocell (LDR) sensor switch for auto on/off operation . The Aviation light assembly should be a RED Coloured single fixed light source unit , made of a series of high intensity LED, enclosed in a weather proof IP 65 rated Die cast aluminium housing with Polycarbonate Dome Lens cover. The electronic SMPS circuit, Photocell and supply cable termination connector will be housed inside the Aviation light unit with necessary supply cable entry at bottom of unit with necessary weather proof IP65 protection. The Aviation light unit should be suitable for operation on 230 volt , 50HZ AC supply. The Aviation light unit should consist of high quality LEDs with an extended life (approx. 50,000 hours.) is desirable. The Aviation light unit should have total integrated Candelas output not less than 32Cd and suitable for tower height upto 45m . The necessary fixing arrangement of the Aviation light unit on top of Telecommunication Tower /Pole with suitable size/length of GI Pipe bracket/base plate and GI nut bolts/clamps are to be made by the agency without welding or drilling . Supplying, Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE, armoured, Copper Power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 2x1.5 sq mm size on existing Cable tray/surface / Tower complete with clamping for making connection to LED Type Aviation light on Tower / Pole complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and cu lugs for 2 X 1.5 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating , 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 5-32 A SPMCB

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 1.0 metre long, GI tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall/Tower/Pole for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall/Tower/Pole for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Jointing G.I. tape (with another G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.
