Supply and delivery of the following materials at site:-

Supplying delivery of 100 Amps 415 Volt TPN Sheet steel enclosed re-wireable fuse type Main Switche with side handle operated. (Make- Havells/Approved)

200 Amps 415 Volt 50 Hz Triple Pole with Neutral Link, with rewireable fuse link type heavy duty in a Sheet steel enclosed with Side handle operated Main Switche.Make:- Any Approved make

0-500 AC Analog voltmeter ,size 96x96 mm (Make- Approved AE/)

0-30 AC Analog ammeter size 96x96 mm (Make- Approved AE/)

Fitting fixing charges of main switch, volt meter and ammeter in item no 1 by supplying all necessary materials and making terminal of 35 sq mm 3/3.5 core cable by crimping method.

Carrying charges of 3 HP submersible pump motor set derrick from office store to sanabad w/s scheme including loading unloading charges and carrying upto river side.

Withdrawing of the 3 H.P. submersible pump and motor set along with column pipe after disconnection of pipe line and power line by help of derrick arrangement of the manual labour complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Supply and dellivery of the following materials at site :-

80 mm dia non TATA GI pipe medium duty.(Make:Any approved make)

80 mm dia GI elbow ISI marked heavy type

80 mm dia ISI marked Flange

80x150 mm GI nipple

80 mm rubber gasket

Rubber sheet, Nut bolt 5/8''x3 '',12 no GI wire etc

Fitting fixing of the above materials at 1 no delivery pipe line.

Lowering of the submersible pump and motor set along with column pipe and fitting fixing well top cover on the Tube with nut bolt , washer gasket kit with sealing the tube well and power line connection as per direction of EIC.(for1st & 3 rd tubewell)

Interconnection the tubewell with existing collector pipe line (150mm) by supplied materials in item no.4 including cutting threading and welding charges of GI pipe as required as per direction.

10 sq. mm 3 core 1.1 kv grade Al.Ar.cable as per IS: 7098(part-I) Make approved make

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil ( including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoil with in a lead of 75 m as directed .The item includes necessary a) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring.

Laying only Cable 10 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. From kiosk to tubewell.

Finishing the end of 10 sq mm 3 core XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Dismantling the split casing centrifugal pump set part by part and taken out of rotor part after decoupling from motor as per direction of EIC.(without distrurbing foundation base). i) Pump motor set (DSM65/32B HP-25)

Supply the following specials for above pump set as per sample:-

a) Bearing single row ball type for pump model DSM 65/32 B(Make:-SKF/approved)

b) Bush Stufing box

c) 16 mm x 40 mm long stud with nut for pump body

d) 12 mm x 50 mm long stud with nut for bearing housing

e) Packing for gland

f) Tyre type coupling rubber ( no 14 )

g) 50 sq mm 3.5 core cable socket(Al)

h) 50 sq mm 3.5 core cable gland (Compression type with brass gland , Bearing, Rubber rig)

Reassembling the above split casing centrifugal pump set with rotor part and other serviceable spares including supplied materials of its existing position and testing as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling top part of bearing housing and servicing of 2& 3 nos centrifugal pump set rotor part by supplying and fixing 20 mm packing and greasing properly as per direction.

Carrying charges of 25 HP Induction motor at workshop at Bankura including loading unloading charges.

Dismantling of 25 HP Induction motor front and rear end bells(end shield) and taken out rotor part and bearing part by part to check fault.

Rewinding the above 25 H.P. motor sator by suppling 18.5 SWG enamelled copper wire ( Modified Polyster - 155 C) as per IS:13730-3, IEC 6017-3 and through out servicing , rectification by suppling new socket , loop, connector box (if needed), clip, necessry emery paper , vernish after taking out old burn out copper wire as per direction of EIC. (at workshop) [winding rate is considered after deducting the scrap copper wire]

Carrying charges of 25HP induction motor from Bankura workshop to Site including loading unloading charges as per direction of EIC

Re assembling of the motor stator and rotor part by part including fixing of end bells and proper greasing existing bearing as per direction of EIC.

Carrying charges of old unused and defective materials like motor ,pump, main switch etc from Sanabad CWR site temporary store including loading unloading charges.

Carrying 200 A Busbar from Ailakandi office store and fitting fixing on MS channel at the pump house and making termination by socket and crimping process.
