Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded , dry and pointed etc.

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor topping, 75 mm thick, complete all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 with grey cement and no pigment

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-35 with grey cement and no pigment

All as per item no-05, but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (coloured) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using (40mm crushed graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in floor, finished top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old brick,stone,concrete or plaster surafces of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm width or girth , applyinng 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getteing out in soft soil.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type 'D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concreate complete all as specified.

Return filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layeras n.exc 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50M and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under item 16 herein before including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash over walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and specification.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed gound

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken , in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface Complete all as specified.

M&L posts and struts for fencing and other steel section including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde-165.

S&F galvanised 2 strand barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to Angle iron post as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work (Fe-290 Gde-E-165) as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces etc and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of New steel surfaces of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L painting to old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth in one coat with synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L plain cement concrete for nominal mix type( B-1) 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth course,plinth band and similar work including necessary form complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel plain bars 10 mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 tye C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire.

Supply only chain link MS galvanated fencing any size or any type n exc 3 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS nuts and bolts of length exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, edge of paver block , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick plaster as in back coat CM 1:4 complete including making circular gas pipe hole, moulding at corners and polishing type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finish surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished concrete surfaces of sides of square, rectangular or polygonal pillars posts, struts, piers, coulmns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for writing letter of figure (Block Roman or Indian) n.exc 30cm hight on wall surfaces,so that the stand out boldly and solidly without showing sign of brush marks including cleaning and preparation of surfaces all as specified. (Note:- The letter to be write with in the black synthetic enamel painted back ground, it is measured and paid to seperately)
