Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)
List of works for which tenders already submitted
Banker Details for reference
Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
List of Financial Resources with Certificates
Should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 846.62 lakh.
The Tenderer as prime contractor should have satisfactorily completed during the last five years at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work value not less than Rs. 211.65 lakhs (Water supply pipeline work forming DMA network only). Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work , Providing, laying, testing and Commissioning of MS pipeline completed in all respects of 400 mm dia and above for 345 Rmt AND 700 mm dia and above for 345 Rmt , Providing, laying, testing and Commissioning of 100mm dia DI pipe completed in all respect for 100 mm dia and above for 1120 Rmt, Supply, laying, jointing, Testing and commissioning of service connections making bore holes for fix house service connections including road cutting, excavation, backfilling, disposal and road restoration for 112 Nos. The contractor, as a prime contractor should have carried out the above works in DMA concept. Also, the contractor should have carried out the trenchless work, in complete manner of having installed the casing and carrier pipes for 1600mm and above dia of MS casing pipes of 12 mm thick for 20 m.
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 127 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
