REPAIR/MAINT/SERVICING OF PACKAGE TYPE FILTERATION PLANT AND CONNECTED ASSETS INCLUDING SUPPLY OF WATER DISINFECTANT CHEMICAL AGENTS AT AF STN DIGARU.

Supply of Calcium hypochlorite calcium based, high strength granular chlorine chemical (chlorine concentration level 65% to70% ) for water disinfectant ,safe for human consumption when used as treated and disinfected water. The packing should be in 20-25 Kg bags/40-45 Kg Drums and packing in drums is preferable to reduce fire hazard in places of high ambient temperatures.

Note :- (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificate of chemical of various manufacture and other factor like chemical and safety and health hazard aspect of usage of chloronation (ii) Manufacturing unit of the chemical must be sealed in production and certified by Govt laboratory confirming compliance of specification suitable for drinking water with a declaration from the laboratory that from the technical strength ,stability,health safety and operation point of view this product is used for drinking water applications i.e. for consumption by humans and the brand/Make of calcium hypochorite is suitable for drinking water & chlorination and its sample has been tested by Govt Laboratory. (iii) The chemical must be free from lumps and should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 10500(2012) in treated and disinfected water. The generic specification of calcium hypochlorite should meet the criteria set up by E-in-C Br vide their letter No 86434/Prod/16/E4(U3) dt 16 May 2022. (iv) Original certificate of compliance and authorization from the manufacturers including contact No & Date,batch No/manufacturer date /SI No and specific contractors Name & Address. (v) Chemical will be supplied on requirement basis only.

Supply of alum coagulant crystal type grade -I quality, in factory sealed packet. Make :- Any make approved by E-in-C's Br/HQ CE Eastern Command Kolkata & ADG(NEI) Guwahati

Supply of Hydrated lime conforming to IS for water treatment in factory sealed packet. Make : Best Quality conforming to IS as approved by AGE (I)

Supply,install and commissioning only multi-cavity water sanitiser/conditioning station with proportional dosing arrangement at zero discharge of the following specifications and directed. (a) MOC: Non metallic, Maximum temperature 45 degree centigrade, Operation : power free automatic, Dosing pattern : proportional, Capacity : 100 litres to 200 litres, Tank lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall, cavities are complete with lids, attachements : (i) overflow valve (ii) water inlet valve (iii) outlet valve (for offline automated gravity flow) (iv) Drain valve, Make :- Any make approved by E-in-C's Br/HQ CE Eastern Command Kolkata & ADG(NEI) Guwahati

Supply of Chlorine Tablets contained in plastic cylinderical sealed disposable sanitiser refill (dia 2.5 inches plus minus 0.5 inches height 10 inches plus minus 0.5 inches) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant water. Note:- The product media should have heavy metal contaminers below detecable limits & must pass the acute toxicity (confirm to non toxicity for mammalian cells) and safe for human health safety point. The brand and make of the sanitizer must be stated and certified by a laboratory/study centre of any Govt.University. Supply of Polymer liquid for raw water flocculant ,in factory sealed Container. Make: Bharat Trading corporation/Ion Exchange/ Depac (Declibac) or equivalent approved by E-in-C's Br/HQ CE Eastern Command Kolkata / ADG(NEI) Guwahati.

Supply of Alum ferric (Coagulant) grade-I quality conforming IS, in factory sealed packet. Make : Best Quality conforming to Indian Standard or as approved by AGE (I).

Supply of stable Bleaching Powder(Grade-I) confirms to IS-1065 Part-I 2019 in 25 Kg factory sealed container/drums. Make: Vikram/Bengal Chemicals/DCM Shriram/Orient or quivalent as approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply only orthotolidine solution in 22 ml to 30 ml capacity dropper bottles complete all as specified and as directed.

Collection of Raw water sample from Digaru river side and treated water from HQ Pump house and River side Pump house and carrying out physical,chemical ,toxic, microbiological, pesticide and bacteriological testing of water sample from approved laboratory as per complete parameters approved by NABL to ensure potability of water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling the unservicable flocculator gear box and motor from flocculator tank from New filteration plant at HQ, shifting to civil workshop and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size, varnishing and drying complete, reassembling with gear box after servicing/replacing the unservicable pinion from gear box as per existing size and make, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the floculator gear box and motor electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - All the accessories with nuts bolts, washers etc shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.

Removal of existing/old gravel and sand from Iron filter media of water treatment plant at New filtration plant ( 02 Nos) HQ area and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50 meter and cleaning filterchamber and wall surface throughly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of filter media using graded gravel same as existing size washed,dried and screened to meet product and particle size specifications and stringent requirement for the filtration of water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of filter media using silica filteration sand same as existing size to meet product and particle size specifications and stringent requirement for the filtration of water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to the existing iron filteration plant 02 Nos and floccluation chamber 02 Nos at New filteration plant HQ area including suction and discharge pipe line valve control with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing rubber gasket from filteration plant and supply and fixing new gasket of size 6 mm thick.

Repair/replacement of u/s butterfly valve 80 mm lever operated IS 3095 including nut,bolt,gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair CI non return/foot valve PN 1.6 with GM working parts 200 mm dia with nut, bolts, rubber gasket etc. IS marked -5312/2004 complete all as specified and directed. Make - Zoloto/Bir/Kirloskar/RMCO/BIR
