Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust & vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non‑deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide protection. The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment and will indicate the following procedures. The various components, assemblies and sub equipments of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5 mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a copper ferule crimped to the wire panel sized 1600 X 1000 X 400 mm. Having following components of approved make.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long 40 mm dia including accessories, masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. DSR Code 35.1.2

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. Jointing shall be done by overlaping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolts and spring washer at 50 mm. DSR Code 35.1.9

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut bolt, spring washer excavation and refilling etc. DSR Code 35.1.11

Fitting of above components in panel enclosure with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimbles, support insulators on bus bar, required hardware's, control wiring in 1.5/2.5/4/6 sqmm wire complete in all respect

Dismantling of old panel, structure, damaged components and installation of new panel at site by making foundation, termination of cable both incoming & out going side, meggering of complete panel, fitting of the starter star delta including cable connection, functional testing of components at no load and testing of panel on load at site with site in charge. This includes cartage, loading & unloading etc.
