The Mobile Digital Radiography System should consist of a Flat Panel Detector (FPD) with Thin Film Transistor (TFT) technology and colapsable coloumn should be capable of all standard radiographic procedures in Wards, OT, Trauma centre, Emergency and Other rooms.
The unit should use Hi-Frequency X-ray Generator Technology.
Required Ratings:
Should operate on re-chargeable batteries and power supply. The Cart battery should be charged from a normal 15A, 220-240V single phase socket in less than 6 hours.
The unit should have motor assisted movements and must be easy to maneuver within the Hospital areas: surgical rooms, intensive care, emergency, wards etc.
2 sets of independent battery sources or single battery with latest lithium ion battery.
The battery used for the X-ray must be of latest technology. It should be of Lithium Ion batteries.
Should be a fully integrated mobile unit with a easy to use Digital Radiography System.
Should have a light weight FPD to enable easy handling.
The Flat Panel Imaging Detector should use contemporary technology and must be securely housed within the unit.
A post-processing workstation should be provided along with the unit for pushing images.
The post-processing workstation should have a diagnostic quality high resolution monitor of 19” or better.
The Machine must be capable for advance AI features such as Bone suppression imaging, identifying Lung nodules automatically in single exposure only and not multiple exposure. Also the post processing to be part of console software.
AI based Scatter Radiation tool to be provided for removal of scatter Radiation in the image without the need of physical grid.
Battery Assisted High Frequency generator with microprocessor control.
Tube Head should be protected from thermal overload.
30 KW or higher (Nominal rating) X-ray generator with a max of 125 KVp or more.
Radiographic mA range from upto 500 mA or more .
mAs range 0.1 to 500 mAs or more.

Fully integrated Touch Screen Control Panel is preferred with anatomical programming.
System should have a built-in preview monitor offering quick and fast previews and image processing capabilities.
Preview of image in less than 5 secs and ready in the next 13 secs for the next image.
The system should have built-in Ethernet capability to push images to PACS or other DICOM networks – via LAN / WAN / INTERNET.
The unit should offer temporary on line storage of minimum of 3000 images.
The unit should be self sufficient with a built-in computer for mobile applications with the following specifications:

Should perform preventive maintenance (2nos) during warranty & if entered into AMC(includes unlimited breakdown calls) /CMC (which will include spare replacement, breakdown calls). Vendor to submit SOPs for PMS at the time of installation/ commissioning. This is mandatory requirement.
Performance certificates of IQ,OQ,PQ tests to be submitted at the time of installation/commissioning.
Vendor to submit the technical data sheet, brochure etc as a tender document with reference to the quoted make & model. Please mention the reference page no., etc in these documents against each technical specifications in the compliance.
Vendor to submit list & cost of consumables/consumable Spares( i.e.spares need to be replaced at regular intervals, maybe quarterly/half yearly/yearly etc.) if any.
Please submit pre installation requirements [electrical, HVAC, Compressed air along with air pressure mentioned), water requirement (RO/DI/Distilled water with its pressure, flow rate per hour) ; if any of the above is essential]
Vendor to provide UPS with adequate capacity, if required for the quoted equipment. If not required, vendor to mention the same.
Vendor to submit details of footprint size & weight of the quoted model.
Vendor to submit power consumption.
Demo of the quoted model , will be required if so desired by the user, after the opening of the technical bid and prior to opening of financial bid. This is for technical evaluation. All technical specifications mentioned above to be mandatorily shown in the demo unit.
User's/Installation list: A list of installations of the quoted model with the address and contact numbers to be provided.
Predispatch inspection at factory will be required if desired by authorities.
Vendor to visit the site to check whether quoted model can be accomodated in the available space.
Safety requirement: It should follow safety requirement. Please specify certification with certifying agency & country with copies of certificate.
Unpacking and shifting the consignment to the installation site is to be included in the vendor's scope of supply. Bidder/manufacturer/authorized service provider should take responsibility to lift /shift the consignment from unloading site to the installation site. Unloading site shall be Stores department, Vizag & Chandigarh. If needed ,bidder has to arrange for the labours at no charge to Vizag & Chandigarh. Before submitting the quotation,bidders may visit Vizag & Chandigarh to know unloading and installation site.
Complete decommissioning & dismantling of existing machine with clearing the debris/scrap from the respective site will be sole responsibility of the vendor if buyback.
Training:
Operational/Application training to be provided onsite to all departmental staff for at least 6 weeks and primary level maintenance training to be provided to inhouse Biomedical Engineers.
Local Service Support: Should have local office and service support/service engineer for attending the breakdown calls. Details to be submitted.
Response Time: Should not be more than 06 hrs from lodging a breakdown complaint on toll free or by email.
Warranty- 2 years
CMC- cost per annum will be considered for all bidders for 8 years after warranty (Should include QA QC annually as per AERB noms.)
Warranty and CMC Should include 2 preventive maintenance/ year and unlimited breakdown calls along with spares.b) All bought out items quoted along with the main system (local/non-local) and UPS should be covered. c) Yearly calibration Validation, Testing and measuring equipment used should be traceable to SI units through National/ International standards (as per NABL/NABH norms). d) PM kit if any. e) All upgrades/update, no seperate licence fees will be payable.
Back to back assurance to be taken by the supplier from OEM to supply spares for minimum 10 years and to be submitted.
