Supply and fixing in repair of automatic street light control switch single phase 5-8 KW 40 Amps using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming out going MCBs should be enclosed pole/wall mounted thermo plastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP 66 protection class 2. S & F as in replacement brackets 1.2 m long made to shape fabricated out of GI pipe Light grade ISI marked 40 mm dia incl provn of socket nipple welded at once end to suit the light fitting and fix to pole including clamps with nuts and bolts of suitable size cutting, drilling and welding its fix to pole and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light junction box of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm, made out of hot press moulded SMC with weather proof hinged door including self locking arrangement, out door type, IP-55, weather and vermin proof complete comprising of insulated / high quality PVC sleeves aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps 04 Nos (three phase RBY and black for neutral) with and including 6 Apms MCB single pole, single phase 230 volts, including 25 x 3 mm flat iron mounted on insulators, having arrangement of connecting incoming and outgoing cables complete and all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing complete hose pipe set with clamps for DG sets of DG set capacity 12.5 KVA to 50 KVA as per existing type and size.

M&L Dismantling the alternator of DG set of capacity 30/40/50 KVA from its base by using chain and pulley after removing the coupling with the engine, removing all nut, bolt with washer and all electrical connections of the alternator, shifting the alternator to work shop by crane and vehicle, opening into parts, checking all winding like main stator/rotor winding, exciter stator/rotor winding. Rewinding the main rotor and exciter rotor by using the "F" class insulation and existing gauge and type of magnet wire that was on the original motor, varnishing, heating, drying, greasing the bearings including replacement of unserviceable bearings, Re-fixing the complete including connection to the terminal box of the alternator at work shop and shifting the same to the site, Fixing the alternator to its base carefully by using chain and pulley, connecting it with existing engine including checking the alignment of alternator with the engine, connecting all electrical connections of the alternator and testing the DG set on "OFF/FULL LOAD", matching to the existing range of RPM of the engine, out put voltage 415 volt and testing all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down self starter assembly of DG set of capacity 30/40/50 KVA, 12 volt from the existing position, opening in to parts, sort out the unserviceable items like carbon brush, pinion etc. and replace the same with new one including rewinding of field coils, re-assembling and re-fixing the same in its original position including to and fro conveyance charges to work shop and testing and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down the Dynamo 12/24 Volts from the existing position of 30/40/50 KVA, shifting to the work shop and back , opening into parts, cleaning to sort out the unserviceable parts, replace by new one, rewinding and varnishing, heating of coil, reassembling and re-fixing to its base including to and fro conveyance charges for work shop to the site for any capacity of DG and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fuel injection pump (FIP) of DG set carefully from 30/40/50 KVA, opening in to parts, for maintenance, servicing, tuning by overhauling and calibration up to 6 cylinders, adjustment of nozzle pressure and other controls, replacement of unserviceable spares, re-fixing the FIP on its original position including to and fro charges to thr work shop and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for complete calibration for function and checking of AMF panel with and including minor repairs,tightening of wiring cables complete all as specified and directed at site

Material and labour for painting by using spray painting method for DG set canopy/complete body/LT panel board (After removing incoming/out going electrical connection and refixing the same) with two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint after cleaning of existing surface, removing rust including marking of incoming/outgoing feeder with letters, MES/SM Nos (Maximum area of painting 3 Sq Mtr) and all as per the direction of the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I.

M&L for GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Day to day complaints of street lights of various type for working height varies from 9m to 15m in the juridiction of AGE E/M, GE (N) Patiala within 15 km radious incl removing carbon from LED light connection by deploying dedicated team having the experience in the same field. Contractor has to provide all required Tool and plants for street light fault rectification. Contractor will make record of all given complaints and rectified complaints updated on daily basis. Street light complaints should be rectified within 24 hrs after intimation via any communication mode. Contractor is to collect serviceable lights from E/M stores and deposit U/S LED lights back to store. If the comaplint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 100 per day per complaint. Note :- (i) Necessary suitable vehicle shall be contractors own arrangement for carrying man power, tools and store. (ii) One repair/replacement of street light shall be counted as one job. (iii) The complete arrangement ie. veh, manpower tool and plants is enclusive in this quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 37 as above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment.(ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

M & L for precast concrete cable covers type 2 flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid dry in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4.0 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M &l for PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

Supply and erecting in replacement LT PCC pole 9 Mts long cross sectional area 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102x279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of relevent IS and painting the pole upto 5 feet from ground level with black and yellow alternate strip of 30 CM each with synthetic enamel paint incl removing of broken pole debris all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Make - Fabric India Chandigarh or equivalent. Note:- (i) After commissioning of new pole contractor would liable to connect all the ACSR conductors to the new pole including insulators and cross arms etc inclusive in this unit rate. (ii) Excavation ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine suitable to pass through 40 to 80 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete.
