TTPS Mech II BM Unit II Overhauling of ESP A B C D path of Unit II for the year 2025 2026

Opening all the manhole doors in 7.5 mtr. and roof top of ESP, Mechanical cleaning and water washing the fields in ESP including collecting plates, emitting electrode rapping mechanism and structures inside the ESP and ESP hoppers, and closing all the manhole doors including the cost of asbestos ropes for doors completely.

Charges for checking, reconditioning/ replacing worn out/bent shock bar guides both front and rear wherever necessary

Charges for checking, reconditioning/ replacing worn out shock bar after providing necessary scaffolding arrangements

Charges for checking, replacing of worn out plain bearing in CRM and ERM horizontal shafts etc

Checking the rapping mechanisms both emitting and collecting replacing/re-conditioning of eroded tumbling hammers etc

Reconditioning the collecting electrodes by patch welding etc., completely (MS plates will be supplied by Board on free of charges).

Charges for transporting of materials, T&Ps to the work spot and replacing the wornout screen plate and welding on the top frame.

Charges for transporting of materials and T&Ps to work spot and reconditioning the wornout screen plate portions by welding with new plates and fixing of deflector plates in the screen plate new.

Charges for replacing of defective shaft insulator by a new one after releasing of gear box and refitting on completion of work in one field.

Charges for replacing/reconditioning of defective (or) wornout screw left / right with a new one after releasing of gear box shaft insulator and refitting on completion of work in one fields including charges for consumables and T&P’s charges etc.

Charges for cutting a small piece of M.S. sheet of size 100 mm x 200 mm and welding M.S Piece with collecting electrode top hook (or)folding a thin M.S. Sheet (or) G.I. Sheet in the gap between collecting plate hook and angle including cost of consumables & T&P charges.

Charges for re-fixing the displaced gas deflector plate above hopper beam including cost of T&P’s and cost of consumables.

Charges for lifting the displaced deflection plates from the hopper, providing hook arrangement in the deflection plate, leading the plates inside the hopper portion, fixing the deflection plates in the hook and tag welding the deflection plate with the hook in ESP.

Charges for refilling of the wornout striking pad of the emitting frame with welding electrodes, grinding the surface including all consumables and T&Ps etc.

Charges for dismantling the plummer block , removing the old grease, cleaning the bearings with diesel, checking the bearings and repacking the bearings with new grease and assembling the plummer block of the emitting drive system including all consumables and T&P's.

Charges for renewal / reconditioning of fallen Deflection plates over the primary / secondary screen plates.his work involves providing scaffolding arrangements leading and positioning and fixing the deflection plates. (Deflection plates will be supplied by Board with free of cost)

Charges for bend removal by hot correction including cutting gas, scaffolding arrangements etc.,

Charges for cleaning ash deposit in support insulators inside the ESP

Charges for cleaning the accumulated ash in ESP “AB” pass & “CD pass outlet funnel area, screen plates & ducts up to MDC inlet area.

Charges for cutting and removing the eroded portions of supporting Structures in the screen plate areas, fabrication & erection of new supporting structures, strengthening of the damaged portion in the ESP inlet side by welding and other related works in both ‘AB’ and ‘CD’ pass including the cost of consumables

Charges for transporting of materials, from stores to site and devolution of scrap materials to stores, dismantling of collecting rapping hammer, plain bearings, gear box and collecting rapping shaft with couplings, assembling the new collecting rapping shaft and gear box, aligning the collecting rapping shaft where the collecting rapping hammers match with shock bar end.

Charges for transporting of materials, from stores to site and devolution of scrap materials to stores, dismantling of emitting rapping hammer, plain bearings, gear box and emitting rapping shaft with couplings, assembling the new emitting rapping shaft and gear box, aligning the emitting rapping shaft where the emitting rapping hammers match with shock pad

Charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials, clamps, wooden planks, etc. From pocket stores to site, leading, lifting and erection of temporary platform inside the hopper in ESP for fixing the removed gas deflector plate above hopper beam and gas deflector plate in the hopper and dismantling the platform and returning to stores after completion of works.

Charges for opening all ESP hopper door at a height of 3mtr level EL and changing of damaged packing rope, checking the seating angle, hinge bolts and closing all the ESP doors including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges

Charges for transportation of expansion joint from stores, cutting the cover plates, arresting the duct by providing necessary supports, erecting of structural materials by cutting, welding for providing chain block arrangement, marking, cutting and removal of wornout expansion joint inbetween ESP and MDC of A & B path, lowering the expansion joint, lifting new expansion joint, positioning & welding, fixing of cover plates, devolution of the scrap to stores including cost of consumables like gas, welding electrodes, hire charges for T&P’s etc. for the following sizes. 1590 X 9520
