(i) Procurement shall be made from firms approved by the Railway Board for the tendered item. Firms shall upload a copy of the valid Railway Board approval. Firms quoting on behalf of approved firms must upload tender-specific authorization, failing which their offers shall be summarily rejected. (ii) The subject item is reserved for procurement from original manufacturers/marketers. Offers from authorised dealers/suppliers shall not be considered for placement of order. In the event that suitable offers from Railway Board-approved firms are not available, offers from unregistered original manufacturers may be considered as per extant Railway Board guidelines and with the approval of the competent authority.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS conditions of contracts and ( or ) specials conditions and (or) other conditions specified / attached with the Tender.
The bidder has gone through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers , General Tender Conditions and IRS conditions of contracts before participating in the tender.
The offer must be kept valid for 90 days from tender opening date.
