Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

First Floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Supplying and Filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Paving the floor with best quality double charged vitrified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic tiles of Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and laying wooden flooring at site 8mm thick of approved make using click laminated floor with inbuilt 3mm sound bloc class of use 31 water resistant AC 3 grade impact resistant IC3 (as per EN 130 900 / 1400) having 0.60mm MLC (Multi-Layer Guard + SRSG 2) (Scratch Resistant Surface econd Generation) on top of moisture high density fibre board substrate specially developed copr of plank size 1288 x 196 x 8mm having joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joint. The tongue and groove having the edges duly pre impregnated with par affine including laying 0.20mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene sheet of density 850 kg / m3 beneath the laminated wooden panel to absorb the sound caused including labour charges,

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Cornice Work for Gyp Board False Ceiling using plaster of paris below the existing Gyp board flase ceiling as directed and designed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost all materials, labour charges and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Teak wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of the teak wood door shutter using seasoned teak wood (T.W.) planks of uniform grain, free from knots, shakes, sapwood and other defects. The shutter shall be constructed with stiles and rails of adequate section to ensure structural rigidity, and panel infill made of 40 mm thick teak wood planks of approved quality. All members shall be planed true, accurately cut, jointed with mortise and tenon joints, and securely glued and fixed to achieve a smooth and stable shutter surface. The shutter shall be machine-pressed where required to maintain dimensional accuracy. Edges shall be finished neatly, and the entire shutter shall be sanded to an even, smooth surface ready for polishing or painting. The work shall include providing openings for tower bolts, handles, aldrop, hinges, and other furniture fittings, ensuring proper alignment. All teak wood used shall comply with standard specifications for moisture content and density, ensuring durability and termite resistance. The shutter shall be installed true to line and plumb, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Executive High Back Revolving Chair with cushioned seat and back, upholstered in high-quality black colour rexine finish, conforming to standard ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The chair shall have a contoured cushioned backrest and seat with adequate foam padding for comfort, mounted on a revolving mechanism with pneumatic height adjustment and a tilt tension control system. The armrests shall be made of moulded polypropylene or cushioned with rexine finish for user comfort. The base shall be made of five-legged powder-coated or chrome-plated steel, fitted with smooth-rolling twin nylon castor wheels for mobility. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Three coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and applying with one coat Putty over plastered wall surface of first class approved quality including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
