Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (Above 10.0 mtr and upto 12.0 mtr)

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines completewith 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation includingexcavation and refilling etc. as required. (for H/T line)

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required (20 span X 03 wire X 50 mtr X 0.394 kg/ meter = 1182.00 kg

M.S Nut & bolts as per required sizes 5/8"X2.5",3", 4" etc.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Cradling: Supply & Erection of G.I 8 SWG including binding etc. as required( For cradling) 1. Supply of G.I Wire = 26 kg 2.Erection of G.I wire= 26 kg

Maintain less chemical earth pit i) Safe earthing electrode having two custom made G.I. tubes galvanized 2 mtr outer dia 80 mm filled with conductor rich crystalline mixture (CCM) - 01 no. x Rs. 11932.00 ii) Back fill compound bag of 25 kg each = 2 bag X Rs. 1708.00 iii) Installation Charge - 01 no. Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator 10KN complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts washers etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 11KV disc insulator 70KN or above for 11KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33KV overhead line as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V shape two wire, angle iron/channel, cross arm on steel tubular pole/rail/PCC pole for 11KV/22KV/33KV overhead line as required

Supplying of radium refective tape waterproof 2" x 2 metre in red, white and yellow colour (0.70 m of each color for 137 nos. poles)

Wrapping of radium refective tape waterproof 2" width in red, white and yellow colour (0.70 m of each color for each poles)

Painting with one coat red-oxide zinc chromate paint (01 ltr) and double coat aluminium paint (1.92 ltr) with bracket 01 no. erected tubular/rail pole 12 mtr length

Suppying synthetic enamel paint of approved and manufacture (yellow in colour)

Painting of synthetic enamel paint of approved and manufacture on erected poles (yellow in colour) (2' x 2')

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture at erected poles. (JRD/11KV/01 …. Upto 99, for D.P. - (A) & (B), for T.P.-(A),(B) & (C) and for 4 pole - (A),(B),(C) & (D) Total - 1306 letter X 6 cm (height) = 7836
