S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, wall clading and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting as obtained from dismantling of old sheets here in before with two corrugation side lap, fixed with & including 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof covering, wall cladding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors to receive tiles

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course 1:2:4 type B0(using12.50mm graded stone aggregate) and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5kg per sqm. and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.
