Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars,posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“ (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). a) All works upto plinth level

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Barbed wire fencing in angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, provided with horizontal lines interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. a) G.I. barbed wire

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing, Casting and Erecting RCC pre-cast compound wall in panels of 3.0 meter width, 3.30 meter height (minimum total height) and 0.10 meter thickness as per the following specification and as per the enclosed tentative drawing, including supply of all materials, excavation, foundation, erection of wall panels and scaffolding required for the work etc., complete as follows: i. Earth work excavation for the Pre- cast raft footing and for the compound wall panels. ii. Providing & laying in situ Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four sand and eight 40mm BG metal) for 100 mm thickness for the raft footings and for any other required areas. iii. Providing and Casting RC Pre Cast Concrete raft footing of minimum size 1.0m x 1.0m size x 150 mm thick and wall panels of 100 mm thick, 3.0 meter width and 3.30 meter minimum height using M 30 mix as per relevant BIS and with the reinforcements as per BIS. Necessary MS lugs shall be provided in the panels to receive/weld the MS frame work for fixing Concertina coil fence. The rate shall include all labour charges, providing necessary moulds, demoulding after required setting of concrete, lifting using mechanical accessories, etc., complete. The rate shall include necessary curing. iv. Erecting the raft footings over the PCC base under para (ii) above,and erecting the vertical compound wall panels over the above raft footing in the earmarked alignment using cranes with proper levels, verticality with expansion joints at every 30 meters spacing. v. Providing & laying in situ RCC, M30 mix concrete for counterfort retaining wall (to keep the vertical panel wall in correct alignment and verticality). Grouting the expansion joints with necessary chemical grouts. vi. Back filling the excavated trench with the excavated earth and consolidation of the same to the required level. vii. Anchor bolt for fixing Y angles (cost excluding Y- angles) The rate shall be inclusive of conducting the, preparing design & drawing duly vetted by a Reputed Govt.Engineering Institution and carrying out the works as per approved drawings, checking the structural stability etc., and all necessary works for a complete Design and Build Construction on a Turnkey procedure as per the Direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
