Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of subgrade with earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Supply and fixing of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) type X - ASTMD-4956-04 Avery denision/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA Plastic housing fitted with tightyly adherent ploting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic to Glass covered prismatic reflecting face to reflect incident light /C al taxes.

P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole. in edges and center line.

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway. MORT&H 803
