Sch 'a' Part - IX : Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items. ROAD / PATH / CULVERT. M&L for Marking lines dahes arrows etc of any description exc 10 cm width / gitrh on road surfaces using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads &250 gms /sqm with automatic machine to provide reflective and night vision (approxiamte temparature beiing 200C Celsius at the time of alying) including clearing the surface by removing all dirt,dust & all other foreign materials, demarciation at site and traffic control,complete all as spcified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION. Supply & fixing surface / wall mounted LED batten light fitting 230 Volts, 20 watts complete with light LED lamp 20 watts, of fixture length 1200 mm (or nearest size) with all accessories, pre-wired, including providing flexible copper wire, twin core cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells Cat Part No. LUMILINEPLUSBS20WLED865SPCSS or its equivalent in Philips / Bajaj / Crompton Greaves.

Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 35 / 36 watts made out of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP 65 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps, nut, bolts washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. S & F load line distribution board TPN, Vertical 4 ways, double door, powder coated DB and provision of MCCB 125 A (Incoming) rating and 16 KA breaking capacity including necessary earth bar and neutral link, for provisioning of accessories such as MCCB (Incoming) and MCB (out going) with adjustable release complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Indo Asian Cat Part No 811888 or equivalent in Havells, Standard and L & T Note :- (i) MCB's shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A'. (ii) The disturbed surfaces shall be made good with plastering in CM (1:6) including two coats of white wash to match with the existing surfaces. The cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the above said item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

S & F MCB SP 6-32 Amps (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rating of MCB shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION. Supply and fix electric motor siren conforming to IS 1941 suitable for three phase 415 V supply with motor not exceeding 3.75 KW power and able to deliver 143 DB noise level including required / suitable copper cable for connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of valve chamber of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 700 mm in 200 mm thick Brick walls with sub class 'B' brick built in CM 1:4, rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work and rendering finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) and providing 3 mm thick MS plate hinged cover fixed to 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm thick angle iron frame work on brick work chamber with locking arrangement including necessary earth work, excavation, PCC bedding & coping, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coats of white wash on brick wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
