Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by the rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : new work (two more more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with sillicone additives of requited shade . New work : 2 or more coats applied @1.43 Ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of waterproofing cement paint applied @2.2 Kg/10 sqm

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.

Providing French spirit polishing over new wooden surface to give desired texture and gloss with approved make and shade of ready mixed French polish including cleaning the surface after removing dirt,scales grease including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing & laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathrooms etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Armourcrete of M/S The Structural Water Proofing Company PVT. Ltd.or Tapecrete of M/s CICO Engg. Servce consisting of applying :

(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Armourcrete or Tapecrete @ 0.125 kg/ sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours

(b)second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Armourcrete or Tapecrete @ 0.126 kg/ sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

The rate includes preperation of surface, treatment& sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes & masonary with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curring, carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Water proofing for old and new roof slab - Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two component, factory designed, ready to use acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with gollowing steps:

a. Surface preparation - Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint/coating and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all matrials, labour, tools, complete, ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage leakage. On identification of seepage cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding adminxture of Sika India Pvt Ltd./MYK schomberg/Dr. Fixit/Fosroc or equivalent. Providing and repairing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc. sahll be chamfered with 150mm X 150mm fillet of mortar (cement, sand 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/Fosroc/MYK scholmberg/Dr fixit or equivalent. Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer, Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

b. 1st coat -Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm of fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @ 1.50kg/sqmt/coat. Fore the prupose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

c. 2nd coat - To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use flexible cementitious material on right angle to the 1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface 2nd coat should be applied @ 0.7kg/sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treaed surface will be measured After three days of drying the 2nd coat, the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. The water proof coating to be protected from damage before screed over it. Water proofing brand Sika Topseal 109hi/Fosroc Brushbond RFX/Dr Fioxit Pidiffin 2K/MYK Aquafin TG. Product performance- Chemical base part A Acrylic copolymer, Part B Specially graded cementitious powdere density 1.6 kg/I (mixed density) at +27 degree C. Tensile strength - 2N/mm2 after 28 days (with fibre cloth) (according to ASTM D 2370) Pullout bond strength - 2 N/mm2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO 4624) slant-shear bond strength - 4N/mm2 (according to FIP 5.15) Elongation at break - 35% without fibre cloth and 20% with fire cloth (according to ASTM D 2370)

d.
