UPoHA to construction of Boundary wall and approach pathway to Papahareshwar temple, Lonar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soil.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding hard rock/Ordinary rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing stone flooring work of basalt stone 150mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm to 30mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 coarse sand :1 surkhi) with 100% new stones including all lead and lift completed.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 1.20 m high M.S.grill with ISSQ 16mm square bar @ 100mm c/c with arrow headed and fixed also with single MS angle iron of size ISA 50mm x 50 mm x 5mm at top, side and bottom of grill pannel by weld so that all square bars are go through the M.S. angle including cutting, bending, welding, fixing iron fittings and applying double primer coat with all lead and lift of material and transportation etc. for proper completion of work s per the detailed design and drawing.

Providing of pointing with lime mortar 1:1:1 including erecting scaffolding wiping out mortar showing the edges of stone with lead of 100m and lift of 6m etc

"Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture"

"Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete (600 mm dia RCC pipes) metre 3934.75 "

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : 30mm thk White sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing .
