Complete repairing / rewinding of 03 nos. Power Transformers of different ratings under Dipka Expansion Project.

Complete repairing / rewinding of Power Transformer, 160KVA, 3.3KV/433V, Sl. No. 6E601, Make - M&B Switchgears Ltd Scope of Work: i). Rewinding of complete all three limbs of secondary/LV winding (approx. 42.50 Kg) with new copper strip (Size- Thickness - 2.80mm & Width - 8.46mm). ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering / insulating materials and gasket/ cork sheet etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Providing & fixing of winding separator etc as required. v). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. vi). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. vii). Test certificate of repaired transformer to be submitted at the time of delivery.

Rewinding of complete all three limbs of secondary/LV winding (approx. 33.00 Kg) with new copper strip (Size- Thickness - 2.80mm & Width - 8.46mm). ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering / insulating materials and gasket/ cork sheet etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Providing & fixing of winding separator etc as required. v). Rewinding of one limb of HV winding (approx. 207.50 Kg) with new copper strip (Size- Thickness - 1.46mm & Width - 6.68mm). ii), Re-insulation and repairing of all three limbs of HV and LV windings with replacement of paper covering/ insulating materials and gasket/ cork sheet etc. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Providing & fixing of winding separator etc as required. v). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. vi). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. vii). Test certificate of repaired transformer to be submitted at the time of delivery.
