Dismantling brick / stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with all leads and lifts, with cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Collecting, supplying & stacking at work site & conveying from stacks and providing rough stone drypacking in appron & revetments with using Old Stone with wedging & hammering & filling the interstices with small spalls including surface packing & fixing the wave breakers including cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc.complete as per drawing, specification,direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying CC of M-15 grade using 20 mm down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality, colour and texture free from weathered & skinned and sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry, mixing, hoisting, lowering and laying in position, compacting and curing for specified days including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for plain C.C / R.C.C. works in walls including false works and dismantling the same after specified days of casting including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges, and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth including well watered and rammed including cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
