Check survey and final marking.

Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work. Backfilling & leveling etc for foundation.

Setting of stubs with all foundation work execpt concreting & excavation of 132 KV DB +0 type tower type.

Cost of concreting with cement ratio 1:2:4 of including cost of cement, Dewatering , shoring & shuttering, forming, curing.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel, cutting bending placing, binding etc.

Erection of super structure including all work above ground level excluding hosting of insulators, hardware & accessories but including fitting of danger, number, phase plate, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132 KV New Tanda(220KV)-Gosaisinghpur DC line.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 separation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10 mm/12 mm electrode & application of zinc rich aluminum paint on the affected surface including cost of all material.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings armor rods, vibration dampers etc on all six phase of 132 KV New Tanda(220KV)-Gosaisinghpur DC line from TL-22(DA+0) to 22X,TL-22X to 23 (New) & TL-23 (New) to 24(DA+5) including its carriage from Division store to work site.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories of earthwire on 132 KV New Tanda(220KV)-Gosaisinghpur DC line including its carriage from Division store to work site.

Grounding work including earthwork etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.

Sorting,counting & safe loading of 02 Nos 132 KV DB+0 Type Tower Total weight approx. 2*4.824=9.648 MT at 220 KV Substation Bhaudara (ETD Ghazipur).

Safe carriage of 02 Nos132 KV DB+0 Type Tower weight approx. 2*4.824=9.648 MT from store of 220 KV Substation Bhaudara (ETD Ghazipur) to 132 KV Gosaisinghpur-New Tanda line by hiring private truck/tractor distance 215 Km approx.

Safe unloading and proper stacking of 02 Nos 132 KV DB+0 Type Tower weight approx. 2*4.824=9.648 MT in store of firm at 132 KV Gosaisinghpur-New Tanda line .

Supply of Tower Stubs & Nut-Bolts

Fabrication, galvanizing, inspection and supply of 132KV DB+0 type tower stubs as per drawings & BOM.

Hot dip galvanized, Hexagon round hexagon head transmission tower Bolts Nuts and washers for above structures as per BOM including step bolts & spring washers.

Tower Dismantling work.

Dismantling of existing Earthwire necessary hardware, Rerolling of earthwire & safely transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores etc.

Dismantling of all 3 phases of existing ACSR Panther conductor , all Hardware fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use, safely transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores.

Dismantling of Tower after cutting of bolt with all safety and precatution alongwith Stacking to tower parts and all associated work.

Dismantalling of earlier foundation which includes Excavation, Breaking of foundation upto 2Mtr depth and removing of concrete, Cutting, removing of stub and steel reinforcement, Backfilling, levelling and making field suitable for agriculture.

Carriage of dismantaled material from site to Div Line Central store and Proper stacking at store.

Electrical Safety supervision charges to be reimbursed as per actual.
