Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmX20cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 25mm thick coarse sand all as specified and directed

M & L 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3;6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding/plinth complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work in cement morter including all quions, arches, pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete article.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

Glazed ceremic tiles coloured in verticle surface 300X200X 7 mm thick set and jointed in nat cement slurry and pointed in white or colourd cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

S & F 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jamps, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pgment to match with shade of granite all as directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, coving all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab etc concrete mixed complete all as specified

M & L for applying bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 on plastered surfaces @ 0.40 kg/sqm of roof surfaces providing APP based water proofing membrane min wt 3.50 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm) laid on primed surface by torched application with overlaps as recommended by the manufacturer and applying bituminous primer as specifed above APP membrane and one coat aluminum paint over membrane @ 1.25 lit/sqm complete all as specifed.

M & L 20mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers of 15 mm+5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, each coat shall be mixed with water proofing powder @ 2% of cement or as per manufacturers instuction.

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder confirming to IS-2045 Make : Scott, Dr.Fixit or Equivalent Approved By GE.

S & F aluminium sheeting 0.56mm alloy 31000H4 in ridges,hips,valley gutter,drip and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
