Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in Soft soil for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV Type -1 with peak size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. compete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 3 here-in-before but using old tiles obtained under srl item No 1 all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge..

Returning filling in. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying laying Class LV tiles, type 1, for 1.1 KV flat size 250mm x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Taking down/up existing HT unserviceable cable of any size from trench/pole etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia suitable for 04 Kg/cm working pressure. Wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.5 mm.

M&L in replacement for service cable 6 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections/perimeter light supply as per site requirement, flat or circular all as required or directed.

Taking out old damage LT pole and Supplying, Errection & Fixing Steel Tubular swan neck pole 410 SP-31 (09 metres long) including PCC (1:3:6) & (1:2:4) for copling Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint complete with cast iron base plate all as specified.(Note : Excavation earth work may be paid separatly of respective items.)

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of following sizes all as specified of size size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 16 here in before but of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Supply and fix in replacement of cable route indicator made of RCC with 8 mm TMT size 1.5 M height x 60 cm wide x 10 mm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 11kv will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure).
