Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with initial lead and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width and required depth including shoring shuttering,propping bullah,pilling,dewatering from foundation supplying and working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machinaries required for the work & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete (measurement will be taken for compacted section) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with proper packing to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

RCC of design mix of M-200 grade of controlled qulity having cube strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 16/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 10 mm. to 20mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987, IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves, fan hooks wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties, DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges Cess and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works))

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be bome by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Fly Ash brick Masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 23cmx11cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the E.I.C.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Priming one coat with water bound wall cement primer (outside) any approved primer over finished wall surface of approved primer including cost of primer in all respect with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and CESS required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coat with any approved weather coat paint over a coat of water bound cement primer including cost of all materials, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C. (Data for 10Sqm)

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty of all materials taxes of all T&P with cess etc, required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge
