1 Scope: Supply , installation and configuration of Gateway for telementary data over IEC104 protocal to SLDC Lucknow and Modipuram at 132kV S/s Colonenganj under ETD GONDA. 6Core x 2.5 Sq mm

1.01 Providing & Installation of New Gateway at 132kV S/s Colonenganj under ETD GONDA with following specification as follows - (1) Multiple-Master Communication capabil (2) Support IEC60870-5-101/103/104, DNP3serial/TCP MODBUS RTU/ASCII/TCP,IEC62056-DLMS, IEC61850, SNMP, SNTP,MQTT (3) Data Point Support:-5000 (4) Port Connectors: 4 Serial (RS232/485) and 2 Ethernet (5) Power Supply (AC-DC) 85-265VAC 50-60HZ or 100-370VDC (6) Realiability: IEC61850-3 complitant hardware, (7) Time Sync based on NTP/SNTP/NEMA/Protoco specific Synchronization (IEC104/DNP3.0etc) Suitable for Existing ALSTOM Make SCADA System as Installed at 132kV S/s Colonenganj under ETD GONDA work Included as Installation & all Software configuration and its testing if required as per site condition. 0.0 Nos. 1.02 Following work to be carried out for Lucknow SLDC - Work Included:- (a)Complete checking of SAS gateway panel included architecture and settings. (b) Programming and Configuration of gateway with address & settings(provided by client) to link from Substation to data centre Lucknow (c) Complete testing of SAS gateway and complete data communication link b/w Substation to data centre Lucknow 0.0 Nos. Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

1.03 Following work to be carried out for Modipuram ALDS - Work Included:- (a)Complete checking of SAS gateway panel included architecture and settings. (b) Programming and Configuration of gateway with address & settings(provided by client) to link from Substation to data centre Modipuram. (c) Complete testing of SAS gateway and complete data communication link b/w Substation to data centre Modipuram. Erection of new 33 KV VCB in proper alignment and cable termination of circuit breaker as per logic for tripping/closing, spring charging/indication/supervision circuit with proper ferruling and checking out of breaker operation from local/remote including earthing & connection of both side jumpers and works related to complete the erection work. All required T&P skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 0.0 Nos. Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
