Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with pulverised/local sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level :

Constructing cement concrete chamber 50x50x40 cm inside, in cement concrete solid block of 100 mm thick of size 400x100x200 mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal and down size) laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on the foundation bed concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) mix of 100 mm thick and inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and outer plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including GI sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed with MS hinges with frame and locking arrangement as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of prefabricated RHINO water storage tank of make Shubham Tanks and Liners, made in two parts construction, one with corrugated zincalume steel segmented outer shell in sectional bolted form, other with inner multi layer heavy duty liner with three layers of polyethylene. The top roof material of 0.60 mm high grade G.I. roof sheets is to be used on hot dip galvanised truss sections properly designed for roofing and allow proper drainage of rain water to run off and ventilation. The reports of testing of products for use in contact with drinking water is to be produce before installation. 02 Nos of 80 mm dia nozzles is to be provided for outlet nozzle. One scour drain of 50 mm nominal bore is to be provided. A heavy duty lockable access hatch ladders with a small platform is to be provided for proper drainage of overflow water. The supplying and installation of tank includes the cost of packing and forwarding, taxes and duties, the cost of tank, nozzles, backing plates, clamping plates, mounting, assembling and installation complete in shape as per manufacturer specification or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
