Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pair holes etc n exec 10 sqm on plan and n.exec 1.5 in depth and getting out in road / hard / dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed as in soils.

S&F 150mm dia HDPE Pipes PN 10 as in cable trench all as specified and directed

M/L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 concrete bed to drain pipes of dia 150mm incl, packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested etc complete.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less

M&L for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface of broken boulders

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Taking out under ground 1.1 KV (E) Grade LT cable of size upto 35sqmm 3.5 Core from pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue under schedule of credit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core. Including taking down ikd unserviceble cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as ditrected.

Supplying and fixing HOT moulded (FRP) junction box for street light pole with locking arrangement with IP 65 protection of size 300 x 200x 100 mm with 32 Amp 4way heavy duty terminal block with 6 Amp MCB SP and two number of canle entru gland (stainless steel )of standard size with suitable size clamp to fix with pole incudinmg taking old u/s complete all as directed Make Sintex of equivalent

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc. (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars. (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables. (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire. (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. (vii) Scrubing , cleaning of rust materials with the help of wire brush , emery cloth and Painting of complete panel by applying one caot of red oxide and two coat of approved enamel paint, colour as directed by Engr -In-Charge . Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc. iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of Earthing rods as per following specifications. (a) Earthing rod 25 mm pure copper hollow Earthing Rod with strip I pipe Design Length 3m. Copper Terminal of 100x50x5. (b)BFC Compound The BFC is carbide based having very high electrical conductivity. BFC having high moisture retaining capacity BFC is hygroscopic, nonmagnetic and non-corrosive in nature and in ROHS compliant (c) Installation The Earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5m The Bore drilling will be done with the help of pneumatic boring machine. 50KG BFC will be placed inthe bore to cover the Earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in slurry form in properly mixed condition Earth pit cover square 300x300x240mm to be provided to cover the Earth pit The Earth pit cover shall be made of Reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying The weight of 5 tonnes. Note : Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40KA at CPRI/NABL. 2)After installation company testing& checked test with earth value certificate provide by contractor.

Taking down street light fitting /security lights any type from pole carefully and refix the same in its own position including repair and replacement of unserviciable parts and testing complete . NOTE :-(i) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.Make: Crompton or equivlent Bajaj/Philips/Havells

Supply and installation of Hot dip galavanised iron pole 7 mtr long sheet thickness 3 mm. C/s A/F - top = 70mm, bottom =130 mm, base plate 200x200x12 mm, long weatherproof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement but including of junction box with 4 Nos aluminium Bus bar and including 1.0 M long single arm bracket made of 40NB B class pipe having top 70 mm, 20 dia threaded made to J shape M20x600mm long steel grade EN8 grade foundation bolts - 4 nos with nuts, templates and all complete as per approved drawing (with internal accessorises like connectors, one run of FRLS PVC insulated cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core conductor as per required and mcb) . including taking down old rusted pole of any size by digging or cutting all as directed . Foundation RCC 1:1.5:3 shall be of size 550x550mm and depth 1500 mm with 8 nos. 12mm dia. tor bars as main bars and 8mm dia. tor bars stirrups @ 190 mm c/c as per approved drawing(Including form work). This reinforcement shall conform to IS:1786 latest edition. The foundation shall extend above sorrounding ground/driveway level for 200 mm and have slant 63mm dia. PVC sleeve cast insitu foundation for cable entry as per the drawing. Excavation, PCC, RCC,Form work and reinforcement shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.
