Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including PVC casing & caping ISI marked with all accessories surface type wiring including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed mounted / on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch/regulator.

(c) One light point controlled by two 2 way switches.

(d) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board.

(e) one bell/buzzer point controlled by bell push.

(iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.

LED tube light fittings, 10 watts, 6000K, (2 feet long), wall mounted with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver, industrial batten type, powder coated top cover with connector block etc., complete all accessories internally pre wired all as per Bajaj, Cat No.BCLSB 10 WH / Halonix Cat No. HLB-03-10-CW-AL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable including taking down the existing fitting all as specified and directed.

LED batten suitable for indoor applications 5 Watts, with polycarbonate housing and integrated LED channel with white arcylic cover complete with all accessories internally pre wired all as per Bajaj, Cat No.BCLSB 05 WH or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable including taking down the existing fitting all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using FR PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable two runs of size 4 sq.mm, one run of earth continuity conductor of size 4 sq.mm green in colour drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade on surface / concealed in walls / roof / floors including taking down the existing complete all as directed. NOTE:- Two runs of 4 sq.mm and one run of 4 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I includingn excavation and earth work in any type of soil,funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply from electric meters and dismantling MS electric meter box of any type / size including electric meters, switch gear, MCCB / MCBs etc., complete, supply fabricate, testing and commissioning of electric meter box made out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet, treated with powder coated synthetic enammel paint, double door with locking arrangements of size /dimensions not less than 1000 x750x300 mm with suitable thickness of hylem sheet for fixing existing electric meter -05 Nos,including provision of new MCCB 63 Amps -01 No, MCB SPN 32 Amps-05 Nos, with suitable size of aluminium busbar for phase & neutral and see through glass-05 Nos, connecting internally, prewired copper conductor cable with electric meter connections of required size and making good to the disturbed wall surfaces complet all as specified and directed .

GI Cable tray with cover suitable for XLPE Cable protection upto 75 sq.mm cable including all accessories and taking out existing cable from DBs and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed

Inspection, taking down, dismantling of geysers of any type/capacity, cleaning, descaling, reassembling & reinstallation on the old place including hydraulic pressure testing of container with hand operated hydraulic pump complete after necessary repair of old parts, brazing inner tank all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Replacement of old unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately.

PVC flexible pipe 16mm dia, 450mm long with 2 Nos of brass ferrule & rubber washers suitable for hot and cold water including taking down the existing all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the ceiling fan / wall mounted fan of 1200mm / 1400mm sweep, preparing the surfaces, filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust, spray painting with Duco paint of approved tint with one finishing coat including writing MES No of approved pattern, replacing the split pin, rubber pully etc., including refixing and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the wall mounted fan of 300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fans 300mm / 450mm sweep from position by duly disconnecting electric lines, preparing the surfaces, filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dust, spray painting with Duco paint of approved tint with one finishing coat including writing MES No of approved stencil, replacing the split pin, rubber pully etc., including refixing and connecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /opening the exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep of any make and type, removing the old defective winding carefully, cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR Sl ITEM NO. 1.47, 1.48, 1.49 1.51 & 1.52 :- Cost of spares will be measured and paid separately.
