Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For item No 01 and 02 above rate deemed to be included for earth work and form work required as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of CI pipes, foundation and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc 250 M but n.exc 500 M and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for CI specials conforming to IS - 1538, spigot /socket or flanged fitting I.e. bend, tee, collar, flanged/ socket /spigot, Tappers and tails pieces etc suitable for 100/150/200/250/300 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (joints and joining material shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for run lead joint in repair with pig lead including pumping out / bail out water and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,to repair the joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for following sizes of pipes :-

Taking down/Removing in old plasters, broken bricks, PCC , MS Chanel, MS Plate & debries inside the valve chamber in repair/maintenance of existing brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2m (internal dimension) (above GL 0.30 mtr) , 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hardcore of broken stone, 23cm thick brick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3, 15mm thick, finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 5 mm thick plate cover over complete chamber on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1coping, having rectangular, hinged, opening of size 150 x 100mm with locking arrangements ,hold fasts, etc, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified.
