| 3.00 | The work comprises construction of a robust RCC foundation for installation of a 500 kVA, 3-phase automatic servo voltage stabilizer at CHC Gandoh. The foundation is essential to support the stabilizer's operational load and ensure vibration-free, safe functioning of the equipment. The process begins with excavation of earth up to a depth of approximately 1.2 meters, covering a foundation area of 2.5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width. The excavated pit is properly leveled and compacted. A reinforced cement concrete (RCC) base using M25 grade concrete will be cast with steel reinforcement comprising 12 mm diameter TMT bars spaced at 150 mm center-to-center in both directions to ensure structural strength and load-bearing capacity.
The concrete will be poured in layers, properly vibrated, and cured for at least 7 days. The top 300 mm of the foundation will remain above ground level and be finished with a non-slip surface—either a chequered plate or anti-skid tiles—to prevent slipping hazards. Anchor bolts will be embedded during concreting for securing the stabilizer frame. Provision for cable conduits and earthing pits will be included. The foundation will be designed to support an estimated equipment weight of 1000–1200 kg and withstand weather exposure if installed outdoors. | 1 | job | 25,000 ₹25,000 Lowest | 88,500 ₹88,500 | 78,600 ₹78,600 |
| 4.00 | To maintain continuous power to critical hospital systems at CHC Gandoh, a dedicated bypass and isolation system is integrated with the 500 kVA, 3-phase automatic servo voltage stabilizer (AVR). This setup enables seamless disconnection of the AVR for maintenance or repair without interrupting power supply to vital equipment such as the oxygen generation plant, ICU, and diagnostic units. The system includes an 800 A, 4-pole manual changeover switch, MCCBs on both input and output sides of the AVR for isolation, and interlocked bypass circuitry to prevent backfeed risks. Status indicators (AVR ON, Bypass ON, Mains ON), surge protection devices, and proper earthing are also provided. All components are housed in a weather-resistant IP54-rated enclosure for safe and durable operation. This arrangement ensures operational reliability, flexibility, and adherence to hospital-grade electrical safety standards. The installation includes proper cable routing, terminations, and commissioning as per IS/IEC norms for electrical systems. | 1 | job | 99,500 ₹99,500 | 2,42,000 ₹2,42,000 | 78,600 ₹78,600 Lowest |
