Improvement to Left Main Canal and its Systems (Sanmula Minor within RD 220Mtr to 620 Mtr off taking from RD 17252m of LMC) of Lower Indra Irrigation Project

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead. as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel, moorum etc. inter-spread with boulders upto 1/2 cum in volume by mechanical means including loading, unloading and carriage with all leads, lifts/delifts and laying in canal banks,dumping yards or in spoil banks in 22.5cm layers including trimming the slopes and bed, as per approved design including cost of dewatering and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality sand well watered and rammed with cost and conveyance of all materials,labour,T&P,cess including royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF etc. complete as per the direction by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with M15 Grade with crushed granite coarse aggregarate 40mm down graded of approved quality mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually/ mechanically, including cost of all materials, labour charges and transportion of all materials with all leads,lifts and delifts and placement of mixed concrete at the prefixed profile compacting with vibrators including T&P,cess royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF etc. watering for curing for the specified period complete and as per the direction by the Engineer in charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping, where necessary including supply of binding wire with all leads and lift from bending yard to placement spot including cost of M.S. or tor steel bars as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded crushed granite coarse aggregarate, using fine agreegates as per requirement of approved quality mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually/mechanically, with all leads, lifts/delifts including cost, conveyance and royalty, additional charges, EMF, DMF etc of all materials, T&P, labour charges with labour cess and placement of mixed concrete at the prefixed profile with all leads, lifts/delifts compacting with vibrators, watering for curing for the specified period complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork for concrete in canal structure with F1 finish using steel shutter plates of approved specification for surfaces not prominently or permanently exposed to public view including supply of all materials, T&P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials and dismantling and finishing etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with approved quality of excavated soil by manually and laying in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth with watering and ramming within all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
