Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting etc., complete.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete for 100 Sqm

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mix paint of approved colour and trade for doors & ventilator including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.
