Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor laid in and including PVC Casing and Capping with Accessories of suitable size, ISI marked, on wall/ceiling surface of any description and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally on wall surface including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch. Note :- Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fixing in replacement LED 20 watt integrated batten with inbuilt lithium ion battery with charging time 8 hours-10 hours and back up time upto 4 hours including removing of unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indoor decorative LED tube light fitting box type 18/20 watt with electronic driver, opal diffuser, high efficient aluminium housing body suitable for LED tube, high efficient, AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz including 18/20 Watt LED tube rod luminaries environment friendly, high efficient, T8 with aluminium extrusion heat sink and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light including disconnecting and taking down existing light fitting and removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indoor decorative LED tube light fitting box type 10 watt with electronic driver, opal diffuser, high efficient aluminium housing body suitable for LED tube, high efficient, AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz including 10 Watt LED tube rod luminaries environment friendly, high efficient, T8 with aluminium extrusion heat sink and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light including disconnecting and taking down existing light fitting and removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 25 watt LED Light New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 with all accessories internally pre-wired and suitable size bracket including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement security light bracket made out of 25 mm bore GI Light grade 1.00m long, bent to required shape as in bracket for steet light fittings fixed with two pair of MS flat iron clamp of size 32mm X 5 mm thickness of required shape with nuts, bolts and washers suitable for steel tubular pole including painting of mild steel flate iron surface with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub main wiring with two run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces of any description in PVC conduit medium grade , ISI marked of adequate size ( not less than 20mm dia ) for housing the wires with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc, including making good distrubed surfaces of wall/ceiling with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution board TPN, 4 ways, (ISI marked), double door , IP 54 protection, 415 volts, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, suitable for MCBs as incomer and out going complete dully grouted on the wall (flush) including making connections with suitable size of lugs and making good the disturbed surface matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral, 4 way, (ISI marked), horizontal type, double door with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral, 8 way, (ISI marked), horizontal type, double door with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB, Single Pole, AC supply, 240 volts, 06 to 32 Amps, 'C' series,10 kA rupturing capacity and making connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB, Single Pole and neutral, AC supply, 240 volts, 32 Amps, 'C' series,10 kA rupturing capacity and making connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 6 Sqmm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat complete all as specified

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 2000 LPD including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Checking thoroughly for repair ,taking out the solar energy collector panel of solar water heating system row carefully and setting aside for re-use after repairs.Removing the glass covers carefully and setting aside at safe place for re-use and carry out following repair works- (a) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free and re-assembling the panel. (b) Brazing the leaking broken copper tubes & fins with copper alloy brazing rod to make the panel water tight (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) replacement of worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc .After sucessfully repair of the complete system re-fixing back in existing position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and fixing in repair Solar collector flat plate,cu-cu ,absorber area 2 sqm, glazing-4mm with toughened glass solar energy collector panel complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar energy collector panel glass (Collector toughened Glass) complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight, dust and water proof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair electric backup system with thermostat of 3KW capacity complete including suitable size fixing accessories i.e. suiatble dia socket and control MCB with enclosure of suitable size, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and as recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repair hot water tank of capacity 200 ltrs,SS-304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system. Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool/rock wool/Puf and aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repair hot water tank of capacity 1000 ltrs,SS-304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system. Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool/rock wool/Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment, etc. complete all as directed all as specified and directed..

Supply and filling anti freezing chemical through heat exchanger tank of solar water heating sysytem and making the whole system water tight including testing on completion complete all as directed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 15 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of 25 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 58130.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
