Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

Demolation of stone slab and tiles of any discriptions or thickness in floors aprons etc complete.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 ,1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection,path etc finished the surface even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement conrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L forcement concrete 25mm thick type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished rough to receive screed bed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 40mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precasted PCC Chequared tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifurgal 300 X 300mm size X 25 mm thick of approved coloured and Q design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping ,pillars including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortor including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete & removal as specified.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drain with and including neceaary formwork.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
