Note: The above rate is inclusive of the following points (i) Pipeline should be securely anchored at dead ends, tees, bends, tapers and valves to resist thrust arising from internal pressure. Anchors and thrust blocks should be designed in accordance with IS : 5330-1984. (ii) DI fittings, excavation and PCC as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix 300mm dia Cast Iron Double flange non rising type sluice valve of following sizes as per IS 14846, PN 1.0 with hand wheel Operation flange Drilling as per IS 1538 including rubber gaskets, MS bolts, nuts, washers etc., as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Air cooled split unit Air Conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity 2.0 TR with copper condenser coil and evaporator coil, green gas R32, mounting stand with all accessories 5 star rated inverter AC all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate quoted be the tenderer shall inclusive of the following provisions :- (i) UPVC drain pipe not less than 20 mm dia from indoor unit (any floor) to upto ground level/near to drain to be fixed with proper size base plate with clamps complete.
