Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation of poles, cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose)

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore galvanised GI tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing two core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade, ISI marked multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through mettalic conduit complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing medium grade steel Conduit of external dia 20 mm inclusive of fixing accessories such as nut bolts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. for drawing cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made PVC Junction Box of size 250 X 200 X 105mm with openable shutter and locking arrangement and including MCB, SP, 6 Amps, B Curve, 240 Volts [1 Nos] and one number heavy duty Four Way Connector for incomer and outgoing cable, suitable for Pole mounting and fixed with clamps made out of 25 X 3mm flat iron with suitable nuts, bolts, gland lugs etc duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 80 Watt 230 V AC with Pressure Die Cast Aluminium Housing, IP66 protection, heat resistant glass cover, high power LEDs as light source, electronic driver and connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Light fitting shall be of PF>0.95

Supply, erection and fixing of 7 Meter high Hot Dip Galvanised (HDG) Octagonal Pole with Top Dia 70mm and bottom Dia 130 mm with pole shaft thickness of 3mm, base plate 200mmx200mmx12mm, hole dimention 24x32mm, with single arm bracket of length 1500mm with 4 number foundation bolts EN8 grade of size M20 x 600 mm long J type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of HDG pole- Cat Part No. BOP-7030 of Bajaj or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested AMF Panel 30 KVA Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-65) and made of out of not less than 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel, Mounting Channel work made out of 75 mm ), front opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035. The scope of work also comprising of the following:-

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, GI strip of size 25x4mm to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-1)of 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type C1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .
