M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 of size 185x165x60mm of metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation with and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts incl provn of 01 No of single pole MCB 6-32 amps,10KA and MCB TPN 6-32 amps, 10 KA, ‘B’ series 01 No inside the box complete including taking down existing existing junction box all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Make of Junction box shall be Sintex/Hensel or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing LED street light fitting 72Watt, with LED lamp, including bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe not less than 1.2 mtr long bent to shape duly fixed with MS clamps of MS flat 40x6 mm, nut, bolts etc., complete fixed to steel tabular poles including electrical connection complete with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper cable ISI marked stranded from LT terminal box to fitting complete including taking down existing fitting all as specified and as directed. Make: PHILIPS, cat part No "BRP410LED CW 072 MR FG S1 PSU GR" or equivalent model of Crompton/Bajaj/Havells as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing automatic street/security light switch of rating 8 KW in three phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on lux level on nature light. The sensor (Nature Switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and supprot terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (Polycarbonate) conforming to IP 54 along with each contactor 25-32 Amps , Incoming-Outgoing MCBs (03 Nos each) rating : 32 Amps, circuit wiring min 10 sqmm including taking out exising unserviceable time switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling/taking up or down roof conductor/down conductor of aluminium strip of any size/condition with insulators from the Bldg for replacement of insulator/conductor etc., and segregating serviceable conductor & insulators for re-use at site and removal of unserviceable conductor and insulators from site of work all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable roof conductor/down conductor any type/size retrieved under item No. 6 above on roof wall on porcelain or epoxy spacer insulator (insulator measured and paid separately under relevant item) all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

Supply and fixing aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for roof / down conductor on porcelain/epoxy spacer insulatoror fixed on GI Pipe all as specified and as directed. (Spacer insulator measured and paid separately under relevant items) . Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting, jointing pieces of strip with nut bolt etc.

S&F porcelain/epoxy white / brown / green spacer insulator with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer with necessary drilling for bolt hole for holding / fixing roof conductor / down conductor of lightning conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only porcelain/epoxy white / brown / green spacer insulator retrieved under item No. 46 above with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer for holding / fixing roof conductor / down conductor of lightning conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12-mm dia 300 mm long with fixing arrangement including dismantling of old unserviceable/ deshaped conductor and removed from site of work complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12-mm dia 300 mm long and refixing with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 4,980.00 B/F from Ser page No. 23 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 4,980.00 in Green field under Col-M. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
