Renovation and Modernization of Ganga Conference Hall at BHEL EDN Premises

Dismantling Aluminium/Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 25mm up to 40mm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors & roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within 50 mtrs lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.(DSR 2023 ITEM NO-15.23) Contractor has to dismantle WPC tiles from roof mosaictiles any types of tiles as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights & levels.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600mm

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Tata Strcutura, Jindal or Equivalent make as per IS:4923 Yst 310).

Providing and fixing Floor Anchors M10 X 50mm of Hilti HLC/Fischer FSL make : Carbon steel expansion sleeve (Tile to slab)

Providing and fixing Long Nylon Universal Plug + Hex Screws of Hilti HLC/Fischer FSL make (Ceiling anchors)

Providing and fixing Anti-vibration buffers (50mm wide self-adhesive heavy duty neoprene tape)

Interior wall panelling : Providing and installing false wall panels using the following method. The structural wall frame will be covered with 1/2"x1" welded GI mesh across the whole wall area to be soundproofed. A layer of 50 mm thick fiberglass wool shall be placed within the GI framework throughout to insulate and soundproof the room. Wall Panel Base of 12mm Commercial MDF (Greenpanel, Action TESA, CenturyPly/equivalent brand) will be fastened with SS screws onto the framework, with acoustic green glue adhesive in between. The protruded wall after the column will have just the 1/2" MDF board as a false wall to match the level of the soundproofed wall. Wall finishings shall match existing teak wood veneer in shade and texture.
